The styles available on the website have been selected from our greater collections. If you would like to view the latest styles or the entire collection, we invite you to attend our events or make an appointment to view the line in Beverly Hills. We will email a catalog of current styles upon request, should you not be able to see it in person. Please contact us with your request or to submit your email address to be added to our Event Update distribution list at info@aqualeafdesigns.com.
Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry!
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, with the exception of custom orders, items may be returned for a merchandise credit. Items must be returned within 10 days of the shipment date. There will be no credits issued after this time period. Returned items must be in their original packaging and original condition with no signs of wear.
Please return items in their original packaging and send it back in a padded box.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments so please INSURE your package!!! We cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. We also cannot issue credit for jewelry that has been damaged or broken after removal from the packaging you received it in.
Custom jewelry is made to order per your specific instructions. Please make sure all the information you provide is accurate as these personal creations are not returnable or exchangeable.
Please note that each stone is unique, no two are exactly alike. Small flaws are typical for natural stones and minerals.
Jewelry Care
Metals, especially silver, will oxidize over time. There are many jewelry cleaners, liquid and cloth, available at jewelry and drugstores to clean your pieces. Please be sure to read the instructions and test clean a section of your jewelry to make sure the stone and metal can withstand the cleaner. If you are uncertain about cleaning your pieces, please take them to a jewelry cleaning professional.
